Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115 g) Canadian cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 g) Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup (60 g) diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 diced onion
- 5-6 small slices of pepperoni
- 1/2 cup (50 g) Canadian shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag of your favourite chips

Preparation
Mix cottage cheese, marinara sauce and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Add bell pepper, onion and pepperoni slices to the bowl.
Finish by adding grated mozzarella.
Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave or about 20 minutes in the oven at 400°F (200°C)
