Cranberry coulis

Yields about 2 cups (500 ml)
cranberry coulis

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sugar

Preparation

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.

Let simmer until cranberries burst.

Purée to obtain a coulis, then let cool.
