
Curly fries salad
This is not your average salad. Crispy curly fries tossed in a creamy Greek yogurt and Canadian cream cheese dressing, loaded with crunchy veggies, fresh herbs, and squeaky cheese curds. Crispy, tangy, and ready in a few minutes — this dish is an instant crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1 ½ cups (375 g) of Canadian plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 g) of Canadian cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 45 ml of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish
- 650 g of curly fries
- 100 g of Canadian cheese curds
- 2 tbsp of chopped dill
- 2 tbsp of chopped chives
- 5 pickles, diced
- 1 cucumber (about 200 g), diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 5 radishes (about 80 g), thinly sliced

Preparation
Cook the curly fries in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) until crisp and golden-brown, about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese (softened), mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Stir well until you get a smooth texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add dill, chives, pickles, cucumber, red onion, radishes and cheese curds. Set aside.
When fries are ready and crispy, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve immediately.
