Ingredients
- Lime Coriander Butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter softened
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) grated lime rind
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL) red bell pepper finely chopped
- Maple-Pecan Butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter softened
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) toasted pecans chopped
- Spicy Cheddar Butter
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) Canadian Cheddar cheese finely shredded
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter softened
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) pickled hot pepper rings chopped
- Hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Lime Coriander Butter:
Beat together butter, coriander, lime rind, lime juice and red pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 1 hour to blend flavours.
Makes 2/3 cup (160 mL). Preparation time: 5 minutes
Maple-Pecan Butter:
Beat together butter, maple syrup and pecans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 1 hour to blend flavours.
Makes 1 cup (250 mL).Preparation time: 5 minutes
Spicy Cheddar Butter:
Beat together Canadian Cheddar cheese, butter and hot peppers. Add hot pepper sauce to taste. Let stand 1 hour to blend flavours.
Makes 3/4 cup (180 mL).
