Feta Cheese and Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced pitted black olives
  • 2/3 cup (160 mL) crumbled Canadian Feta cheese
  • A few pinches of dried oregano
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 slices of prosciutto diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).

Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Garnish with diced tomato and olives. Sprinkle with Canadian Feta cheese and season to taste with oregano and pepper. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with prosciutto. Return to oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with spicy pizza oil.
