Foamy Iced Caramel Latte
Whether you want to kickstart that early morning or need an afternoon energy boost, this iced caramel latte is for you! Made with coffee, 100% high-quality Canadian milk (with or without lactose), and sweet, decadent caramel sauce. Enjoy this delicious any time of the day beverage!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 shots of espresso (90-175 ml) or ½ cup (125 ml) of strong coffee
- 2 tbsp (15 ml) caramel flavoured syrup
- ½ cup (125 ml) Canadian whole milk (or your favourite Canadian lactose-free milk), divided
- Ice cubes

Preparation
Drizzle the inside of a glass with caramel sauce and set aside.
Brew a cup of espresso or strong coffee (or use cold brew concentrate).
Fill the caramel-lined glass with ice cubes, and add the remaining ¼ cup of Canadian milk, and caramel flavoured syrup. Pour the brewed espresso over the milk.
In a separate glass, froth ¼ cup of Canadian milk using an electric or handheld frother. Top the latte with frothed milk.
Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the frothed milk, and enjoy!
