  • 5 oz (150 g) Canadian Swiss sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450 °F (230 °C).

Divide the fruit pieces among four au gratin dishes or ramekins. Cover with the cheese slices. Pour a little honey over each dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Brown in the oven. Serve with shortbread or other fine cookies.
