Giant Peachy Cheddar Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground pork
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) steak spices
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) drained canned peach chunks
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) diced Canadian Cheddar cheese
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 large hamburger buns
- Canadian Cottage cheese
- Slices of tomatoes
- Fresh lettuce

Preparation
In large bowl, combine pork, garlic, steak spices, peaches, eggs and Canadian Cheddar cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape pork mixture into 4 large patties. Soak hands in water to prevent sticking.
Cook on oiled barbecue grill over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, with the lid closed. Lightly toast buns on barbecue top shelf.
Serve giant burgers topped with Canadian Cottage cheese, tomato slices and lettuce. Garnish with fresh peach segments. Serve with chips and creamy cucumber salad.
