  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian fresh or Quark cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) (or to taste) maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) (or to taste) of each: lemon rind
  • Fresh ginger grated
