Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas peeled
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter melted
- 5 oz (150 g) Canadian Paneer sliced
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) pecan pieces
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) dulce de leche homemade or store-bought, heated

Preparation
Barbecue method
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Brush bananas with melted butter. Grill bananas and paneer slices for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
Place paneer slices on plates. Garnish with pecans and dulce de leche, and add grilled bananas, halved or cut into slices.
Serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
Stovetop Method:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and brown the bananas and paneer cheese.
