How to make a Fruity Frozen Yogurt Treat at home

Craving some frozen yogurt? Make this fruity frozen yogurt treat at home and a few simple steps, using 100% Canadian yogurt and your favourite frozen fruit.

Fruity Frozen Yogurt


  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) or 1 (175 g ) container of Canadian yogurt, vanilla-flavoured
  • 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries or blueberries or strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 very ripe banana peeled and frozen


When you see the Blue Cow Logo on a product, it means it’s made with 100% Canadian quality milk.



Cut banana (and large strawberries if used) into small pieces. Mix fruit with yogurt.

Quick puree with a food processor or powerful hand blender. (Note : Don't puree it too long and dig in before it melts!


For extra creaminess, pick a greek-style Canadian yogurt with a 4% fat content or more. 

You may also use plain Canadian yogurt. If so, add a bit of maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
