Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) or 1 (175 g ) container of Canadian yogurt, vanilla-flavoured
- 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries or blueberries or strawberries frozen
- 1/2 very ripe banana peeled and frozen

Preparation
Cut banana (and large strawberries if used) into small pieces. Mix fruit with yogurt.
Quick puree with a food processor or powerful hand blender. (Note : Don't puree it too long and dig in before it melts!
Tips
For extra creaminess, pick a greek-style Canadian yogurt with a 4% fat content or more.
You may also use plain Canadian yogurt. If so, add a bit of maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
