A quick and easy homemade ice cream, no ice cream maker needed! Made with creamy Canadian cottage cheese and fresh berries, it's naturally sweetened, refreshing, and ready in just a few steps. The perfect summer treat!

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 g) Canadian cottage cheese, 4% M.F., Sealtest
- ¾ cup (100 g) strawberries
- ⅔ cup (100 g) blueberries

¾ cup (100 g) raspberries
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp (20 g) maple syrup

Preparation
Add the cottage cheese, mixed berries, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 2 hours, stirring once or twice during freezing for a smoother texture.
Before serving, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes if too firm. Scoop into bowls and top with extra berries, if desired.
