- 6 Prime Rib Beef Sliders
- 6 Slider Buns
- 3 slices Canadian Mozzarella cut in half
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Tomato bruschetta mixture
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped Fresh basil
- Freshly ground pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Cook frozen patties on grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until done, or if you are using a food thermometer, cook until internal temperature of burgers reaches 160°F (72°C).
Heat buns, add a patty to each bun and garnish with a half slice of Mozzarella, bruschetta mixture and basil, and pepper to taste. Let melt, then serve.
