This is the Italian-Style Quiche recipe.

- 10 oz (300 g) Mix frozen vegetables Italian style (2/3 of a 450/ lb bag)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) fresh basil chopped
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Milk
- 5 oz (150 g) Canadian Mozzarella

In a skillet, stir-fry vegetables Mix 3 to 5 minutes until thawed.
Remove from heat, add tomato sauce and fresh basil. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with milk and add vegetable mixture. Blend in shredded Mozzarella cheese and pour mixture into a 9-inch (23 cm) store-bought deep pie shell.
Sprinkle more cheese over top. Bake in oven at 375 °F (190 °C) for 30–40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
