
Macaroni and BBQ Pork in Milk Broth

Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) Milk
- 1/3 lb (150 g) barbecued pork or any cooked meat diced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) carrot diced
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) macaroni cooked
- 1 cup (250 mL) snow peas coarsely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium saucepan, bring milk, pork and carrot to a light boil on medium heat. Reduce to low heat and cook for 3 minutes.
Increase to high heat and add macaroni and snow peas. Bring to a boil and cook for another minute. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
