Our dietitians' favourite

This delicious one-pot meal includes foods from all of the four food groups in Canada’s Food Guide. Pork and milk are both excellent sources of protein, which helps build strong muscles and antibodies. Carrots and snow peas contain fibre for good health. Pasta provides carbohydrates for energy.
