- 1 cup (250 mL) almonds
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Ricotta
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 350oF (180oC)
Spread the almonds out on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes; let cool.
Grind the almonds in a food processor.
Add Ricotta and maple syrup; mix well.
Spread on toast and add banana slices, serve on crepes or waffles, or add to yogurt or fresh fruit for a flavour boost.
