Cheese curds aren't limited to poutine! Turn them into bite-sized delights by marinating them with basil and oregano. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh Canadian cheese curds
- ½ c. (125 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 4-6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp (5ml) dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
- 2 sprigs rosemary

Preparation
Put cheese curds in a small Mason jar or canning jar.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then pour the marinade over the cheese curds.
Close lid and shake to evenly distribute herbs and oil.
Marinate in the refrigerator overnight (or longer).
