Marseilles Style Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) rosé wine
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dry mustard
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) melted butter
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 lamb chops

Preparation
In large rectangular dish, mix all ingredients except lamb chops. Whisk and season to taste. Add chops and coat well. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours
Grill chops over high heat for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook for another 3 minutes on each side, for medium-rare doneness. Brush chops with marinade while cooking. Serve with an endive salad and buttered parsley potatoes.
