- 2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Mascarpone
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) ice
- 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) fennel powder
- 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) green cardamom powder
