Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 oz – 398 mL each) mango slices drained
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Mascarpone
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice
  • 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) fennel powder
  • 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) green cardamom powder

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tips

For more sweetness and a thinner Lassi, use mango syrup.
