Creamy mascarpone adds undertones of dessert-like decadence to this fragrant, refreshing blender drink.

- 2 cans (14 oz – 398 mL each) mango slices drained
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Mascarpone
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) ice
- 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) fennel powder
- 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) green cardamom powder
