Ingredients

  • 6 russet potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) warm milk
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Mascarpone
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

Mash potatoes; add milk and Mascarpone.

Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
