Milk Tea Pudding

Milk Tea Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Canadian whole milk
  • 1 cup Canadian heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp black tea (or your favorite milk tea blend)
  • 1 tsp Konjac powder (or agar-agar)
  • 1/4 cup tapioca pearls (optional, for garnish)

Preparation

Brew the black tea in hot water and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve and let it cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, combine the Canadian whole milk, Canadian heavy cream, and Konjac powder. Stir gently until the Konjac powder is fully dissolved.

Once the tea mixture is cooled, slowly mix it into the milk mixture.

Pour the combined mixture into small glass jars or cups, filling them about 2/3 full.

Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.

Top with chewy tapioca pearls before serving (optional, but highly recommended for the ultimate milk tea experience!).
