Moist Pineapple Meatballs
These sweet and tender pineapple meatballs make the perfect appetizer. Or serve on rice as a meal.

Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 1/2 lbs (675 g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) fine breadcrumbs or oatmeal
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) minced onion
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Canadian milk
- 1 can (398 ml) pineapple tidbits or chunks
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) dry mustard
- Sauce
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) ketchup
- 1 can (398 ml) pineapple tidbits or chunks

Preparation
Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C)
Mix beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, pineapple, salt and dry mustard.
Shape into one-inch balls
Bake on cookie sheet for 25 – 30 minutes until lightly browned
Place into casserole dish
Blend ketchup and pineapple tidbits (with juice) and pour over meatballs pineapple
