Mom’s Alfredo Sauce
This rich and creamy Alfredo sauce is quick and easy to make. Serve with fettuccine for an indulgent dinner.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) salted Canadian butter
- 2 tbsp (60 ml) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (250 ml) Canadian milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Canadian evaporated milk (canned)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Canadian cream
- ½ block (125 g) shredded Canadian mozzarella cheese
- 1 block (250 g) Canadian cream cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) parsley flakes
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic salt
- 1 package fettuccini noodles

Preparation
Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat, add flour and whisk
Add milk, canned evaporated milk and cream
Heat through and then add mozzarella and cream cheese
Add ground pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder, garlic salt
Serve with your fettuccini noodles and enjoy
