Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced patted dry mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) quartered artichoke hearts marinated
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) pitted black olives
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped mortadella
  • 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).

Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and black olives. Sprinkle with Canadian Mozzarella cheese; garnish with sliced mortadella and green pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and pepper to taste.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
