Mortadella and Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced patted dry mushrooms
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) quartered artichoke hearts marinated
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pitted black olives
- 1 cup (250 mL) grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped mortadella
- 1/2 green bell pepper sliced
- Olive oil
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).
Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and black olives. Sprinkle with Canadian Mozzarella cheese; garnish with sliced mortadella and green pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
