No Bake Snowman Cake Pops
For a fun, no-bake recipe to make with your kids, try these easy Snowmen Cake Pops. Soft, chocolatey and simply adorable, everyone will be asking for more! So get your apron on and get ready for some family fun.
At siggi's, they make yogurts with simple, natural ingredients and not a lot of sugar. Their Icelandic skyr is based on Scandinavian dairy traditions that date back over 1,000 years. Thye are proud to only use milk from Canadian dairy farms.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) plain Canadian yogurt, like siggi's skyr yogurt
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups (350 ml) almond flour
- 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp (30 ml) cocoa powder
- 8 small skewers or cake pop sticks
- Decoration
- White chocolate, melted
- Gel icing: orange for the nose and black for buttons
- 16 pretzel sticks for arms (optional)

Preparation
Combine yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Add almond flour and cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
Make 8 large balls (approx. 2“ / 5 cm) and 8 small balls (approx. 1” / 2.5 cm).
Dip the end of the cake pop stick into the melted white chocolate, then press in the large ball, dip the end of the stick again and add the smaller ball on top. Repeat with each stick and place the snowmen on a plate covered with parchment paper.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Dip whole snowmen in melted white chocolate. Use black icing for the eyes, mouth and buttons, and orange icing for the carrot nose.
Keep refrigerated.
