One Ingredient Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of sliced Canadian Cheese (white cheddar and orange cheddar)
  • Salt, as much or as little as you want! (optional)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut each slice of cheese into four smaller squares, creating a total of 24 squares.

Place the cheese squares onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced about 3/4" apart.

Using a straw, carefully poke a small hole in the center of each cheese square. Sprinkle cheese with salt.

Bake the cheese crackers on the middle shelf, for 45-60 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow crackers to cool on the sheet.

Once cooled, carefully transfer the cheese crackers to a serving plate and serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container for later use. Enjoy!
