Preparation

Mix whipping cream with vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form.

Squeeze the juice from 4 large oranges into a saucepan.

Place the saucepan with the orange juice on the stove over medium-low heat.

Add 5-6 squares of dark chocolate (add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for an extra chocolaty flavor).

Once the chocolate melts, strain the mixture to remove the orange pulp. Add the mixture back to the saucepan and place it on the stove again.

Mix 2 tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

Add the cornstarch and water mixture to the orange and chocolate mixture.

Turn off the stove once the chocolate-orange mixture thickens.

Wait for the chocolate-orange mixture to cool down before folding half of it into your whipped cream from earlier.

Place your whipped chocolate-orange cream into ramekins and top it with the remaining chocolate-orange sauce.

For garnish, add extra dark chocolate pieces and orange peel from the oranges you squeezed earlier on top.

Place in the fridge to cool.

Enjoy!
