- 2/3 cup (150 mL) Canadian Parmesan coarsely grated

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread Parmesan out into 6 circles of 2–3˝ (5–8 cm) in diameter.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let cool to allow crisps to become crunchy. To make a bowl out of the Parmesan crisps, use the same amount of Parmesan to make 4 circles about 4–5˝ (10–13 cm) in diameter. Upon removing from oven, place each crisp inside a bowl so that it takes the bowl’s shape as it cools.
