Parmesan Crusted Brussel Sprouts
This holiday season wow your guests with this easy cheesy green goodness. All it takes is three ingredients and Canadian parmesan to cook the most tender and tasty side dish at the table.

Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 cups (500ml) grated Canadian Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until slightly tender. Drain and set aside to dry.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the Canadian Parmesan cheese in an even layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the Canadian Parmesan cheese, pressing them into the cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Canadian Parmesan is golden brown and crispy and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
Serve immediately.
