- 4 cups (32 ounces) of Canadian natural Greek yogurt (about one large container)
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of honey
- 4 peaches or 1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) of frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup (75 g) of shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Preparation
Mix the yogurt and honey.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Arrange the peeled and sliced peaches, then the chopped pistachios on top of the mixture.
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
Using your hands, break the frozen sheet into small pieces.
