Pork Chops with Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (2 1/2 oz / 75 g, each)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) shallots chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup (125 mL to 180 mL) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) cream 35 %
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) apple jelly
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh raspberries
- Fresh chives to garnish

Preparation
Melt butter in frying pan and fry pork chops until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a dish and keep hot.
Use the same frying pan to lightly brown shallot and garlic. Deglaze with chicken broth and reduce slightly. Blend in cream and apple jelly. Add raspberries and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
To serve, pour sauce over pork chops and garnish with fresh chives.
