Pork Tenderloins with Banana Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
- 1 banana sliced
- Banana Sauce
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) coconut milk
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) 35 % cream
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey

Preparation
Cut pork tenderloins into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper. In skillet, cook pork slices in butter for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve pork over banana sauce with fresh pasta and green vegetable. Garnish with banana slices.
Banana Sauce:
Purée all ingredients in food processor. Refrigerate. Before serving, heat through over low heat. Serve with white meat.
