This is the Scandinavian Grilled Cheese recipe.

- 8 slices of pumpernickel bread
- 6 1/2 oz (200 g) Canadian Havarti cheese sliced
- 4 oz (120 g) smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh dill
Evenly distribute Canadian Havarti cheese, smoked salmon and dill on four slices of bread. Top with remaining four slices.
Heat skillet over medium-low heat and cook sandwiches approximately 5 minutes on each side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
