Sea Bass with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 5 5 oz (150 g) sea bass fillets
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) melted butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh mixed herbs (thyme, parsley, oregano, basil, etc.)
- Juice of a lemon

Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
Place fillets in oiled ovenproof dish.
In bowl, combine half the butter, bread crumbs and fresh mixed herbs. Brush fillets with remaining butter and rub with a generous layer of bread crumbs mixture. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake for 12 minutes. Serve with green salad and green vegetable.
