- 3 cups (750 mL) shredded Canadian Cheddar* cheese
- Sliced pickled jalapeño pepper rings or salsa
- Sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Spread chips in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Top with Canadian Cheddar cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with jalapeño peppers and sour cream. Serve immediately.
* Or you can use shredded Canadian Brick, Farmers' or Monterey Jack cheese.
