Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup (160 mL) yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) melted butter

Preparation

Beat the eggs and then add the flour, yogurt and milk. Beat until smooth and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated and then let stand for 10 min.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and drop the batter in tablespoonfuls into the hot skillet. When bubbles form, flip the pancakes and cook until lightly browned.
