- Cooking: 10-15 minutes
- 1 liter (4 cups) raw apple juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 10 g (2 tsp) Canadian butter
- 125 mL (½ cup) Canadian heavy cream
- Cinnamon powder, to taste, for garnish

Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and pour in the raw apple juice.
Add the cinnamon sticks and the vanilla. Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, add the butter and the maple syrup and whisk together. Set aside and keep warm.
In a small bowl, whip the cream with a small whisk.
Pour the juice mixture into cups.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
