Steak Submarine with Camembert Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 beef minute steak or 4 oz (125 g) thin steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch of Italian seasonings
- 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Camembert cheese thinly sliced
- 4 7-inch (17 1/2 cm) submarine buns
- Whole-grain mustard
- Shredded lettuce
- Slices of tomatoes

Preparation
Cook steaks on grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, seasoning generously with salt, pepper and Italian seasonings. When steaks are turned, top each one with 2 to 3 slices of Canadian Camembert cheese and close barbecue lid. Continue cooking for 4 minutes.
Remove steaks from grill and set aside. Toast buns lightly. Brush with mustard and garnish with lettuce and tomato slices. Season again with salt, pepper and Italian seasonings. Place cheese steaks on buns and serve immediately.
