Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 g) Canadian Mozzarella sliced
- 5 fresh strawberries halved
- 2 tsp (10 mL) orange juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) roasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Cut Mozzarella slices into wide strips.
In a bowl, mix strawberries, orange juice and sesame seeds to make the seeds stick to the strawberries.
Wrap each strawberry in a Cheese strip and hold in place with a toothpick or small skewer.
