Strawberry Cottage Cheese Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 container (1 lb/500 g) Canadian cottage cheese (low-fat or regular)
- 3 cups (750 mL) cored and stemmed fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) almond butter
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
- Garnishes, as desired
- Granola, nuts, seeds and/or fruit
- Dollops of Canadian plain regular or Greek yogurt

Preparation
In blender, purée cottage cheese, strawberries, almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Divide evenly into 2 to 4 bowls.
