- 14 mushrooms
- 2 1/3 oz (70 g) Canadian Blue cheese cut into 14 pieces
- Breadcrumbs
- Fresh thyme
- Balsamic glaze

Preparation
Remove stems and place mushroom caps in a baking dish.
Stuff each mushroom with Blue cheese and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Cook in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 5–7 minutes.
Sprinkle with thyme, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
