- 2 poppy seed bagels
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Swiss* cheese sliced
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) lemon spread or lemon marmalade
Cut each bagel crosswise in half. Toast bagel halves; butter each half. Top with Canadian Swiss cheese and serve with lemon spread.
* For a change of taste use Canadian Havarti or Canadian Cream cheese.
