Ingredients
- 7 oz (210 g) of dark chocolate
- 32 half-pecans
- 1 1/2 oz (40 g) Canadian Blue cheese cut into 16 pieces
- Crushed caramel candies

Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, assemble the half-pecans by pairs (side by side).
Dip Blue cheese pieces into the melted chocolate. Arrange on top of pecan pairs and top with more melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with crushed caramel candies and let set in the refrigerator before serving.
