Two Hearts Pita Pizza with Ham

Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- Dijon mustard
- Olive oil
- 1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced canned palm hearts
- 8 oz (250 g) thinly sliced black forest ham chopped
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) sliced pitted black olives
- 2 cups (500 mL) grated Canadian Canadian-Swiss cheese

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Brush pita breads with Dijon mustard and olive oil. Cover with artichoke and palm hearts. Arrange half the ham and half the olives evenly over hearts. Top with Canadian Canadian-Swiss cheese and with remaining ham and olives.
Place pizzas on baking sheet or directly on oven top grill. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and serve with a green salad.
