Whipped Cream Cheese and Pistachio Breadsticks

  • 1 box of breadsticks (like gressinis)
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) Canadian cream cheese 
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) of pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) of peanuts
  • 1 bunch of chive

In a bowl, whip cream cheese and pepper.

Crush pistachios and peanuts. Transfer to a flat plate.

Chop chives and add to the nuts mix.

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on half of each bread stick, then roll in the chive, pistachio and peanut mixture.
