White Chocolate Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) soft butter
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Milk
- 8 oz (250 g) white chocolate chips
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) butterscotch chips

Preparation
In bowl, mix flour with baking soda and reserve. In small saucepan, bring to boil granulated sugar, butter and milk over low heat, stirring regularly.
Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate and vanilla. Stir gently until chocolate has melted. Transfer mixture to large bowl and let cool completely.
Beat eggs, one at a time, into cooled mixture. Gradually stir in reserved dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add butterscotch chips and mix well. Pour mixture into a buttered 8-inch (20 cm) square pan.
Bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Remove brownies from pan and cool on a wire rack. Cut into 24 squares.
