  • 1 cup (250 mL) granola cereal
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mixed dried fruit (raisins, apricots, dates) in chunks
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) walnuts or almonds
  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh fruit (kiwi, peach, banana, grapes, etc.) in chunks
  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
  • Honey (optional)
