Dried Sour Cherry Blondies
This is the Dried Sour Cherry Blondies recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) brown sugar lightly packed
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) Break-Free Liquid Eggs* well shaken
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract
- 2 cups (500 mL) Five Roses All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1 cup (250 mL) dried sour cherries or cranberries

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Butter
a 9-inch (23 cm) square or 7 x 11-in (18 x 28 cm) rectangular baking pan. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla extract.
Use a fork to combine flour and salt in a separate bowl. Stir in cherries and add to butter mixture in 2 additions. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in center of oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until blondies pull away from the sides of the pan but center is still moist. Cool on a rack.
Tips
