Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream 35 %
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) corn syrup

Preparation
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup. Cook and stir, over low heat, until mixture just comes to a boil.
Cool slightly. Serve warm.
