Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) evaporated milk
- 3 bananas peeled and mashed
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) yogurt
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Milk
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) 35 % cream
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chocolate chips

Preparation
Pour evaporated milk in large bowl and cover with foil. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove bowl from freezer and add all remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips. With electric mixer, beat until creamy and thick. Cover and freeze, once again, for 2 hours.
Remove from freezer and beat again with mixer. Fold in chocolate chips with spatula. Freeze once again until mixture is firm. Serve two scoops per person with sliced fresh fruits.
